We are super proud of our reception classes this week, who have all been in school for full days. They have been exploring all of the different provision areas in the classroom and outside, making new friends and having lots of fun. The children have been talking about animals and sharing stories with animal characters in them. They have been dressing up, playing on the bikes and looking very grown up as they practice their pencil grip techniques.
The children have been trying out the school dinners ( the fruit on the salad bar has been very popular!) and sitting very sensibly in the dining room. I'm sure the grown ups at home have been able to tell what was for dinner by what's on the children's jumpers after lunch!
We look forward to another activity filled week in reception next week.
