The Premier League Enterprise Challenge


‘Fan-text-it’ students competed in the heats of The Premier League Enterprise Challenge at Blackpool Football Club.

A group of students were given the challenge to ‘enhance supporter enjoyment of the Premier League match day’. The team met the challenge and scored, with the fabulous idea of the ‘Fan-text-it’ app.

The app offered fans interaction with the game, each other and their club. The app also had many other uses such as prog casting, pre order of refreshments, download vouchers for merchandising, download team songs, chat channel and manager’s view, to name but a few.

In addition the team considered how to promote the concept and the potential income it could generate.


The team all made the supporting staff extremely proud, as the students performed and presented their product with poise and passion.
