Netball Team Report
This group of seven girls has managed to improve so much in the past 5 years, gaining knowledge and passion throughout these years towards netball. In our final year together, we were able to put all our differences aside and were awarded second place in the league; from the contribution of Alison Green, Bushra Begum, Alex Swift, Sherelle Bartholomew, Aimee Fox, Amy Jefferson and Danielle Grimes. We would also like to say thank you to Rachel Leech, Kimberley Howard, Katie Malin and Vanessa Hurley for playing as reserves for the team over the years.
Out of the six games played, our hard work paid off as we won four games against Bispham, Collegiate, Montgomery and St Georges. The team was thrilled with the wins of these games and although we lost against St Marys and Palatine we only lost by a few goals.
From all the team members, we would like to thank Miss Cowburn and the PE staff for their commitment and passion towards the team over the time the team was together.
