Engineering Construction Industry Training Board
Mr Boast’s Construction students from years 10 and 11, including students from Baines School and Bispham High School were able to participate in the ECITB Roadshow, hosted here at Unity College Blackpool.
‘Be a Part of Engineering Construction’ is a fun, lively and interactive presentation designed to illustrate to students, both male and female, that there are exciting and prosperous careers available to them in this ever-growing sector.
The presentation was performed by 3 trained actors. They explained the types of apprenticeships available and demonstrated that they can lead to a successful career.
Students enjoyed the contemporary vibe and gained a huge insight into the wealth of opportunities available to them, when they leave school in the next few years.
